No matter what your age or fitness level, FitMum is the place to regain your fitness, make new friends and meet other mums, de-stress, gain confidence and have fun all at once…and look great too!
At Fitmum our workouts are based on Crossfit principles, with a different set of exercises each day. We use lots of different equipment and also our own body weight, but don’t expect to find big chunky gym equipment or any mirrors!! Our Trainers understand that our Fitmums are at different stages post pregnancy and will ensure that everyone is doing the exercises safely and at your own pace.
