Who We Are

We are a diverse set of ladies at all different stages of being a mum. Some of our Fitmums come to one class a week and we have others who come up to four and five times a week. We are all at different levels of fitness, but that is what is so perfect about Crossfit…every athlete can work at their own pace with guidance from our Trainers.

We are set up under one roof so mums can exercise whilst the kids are looked after and entertained by our in-house babysitters. It is great for the kids to see their mum exercise and helps in teaching them valuable lessons about how important it is to look after their bodies. We are passionate about empowering women and families in our community. So bring your child or baby along to our child friendly box. Our class fees also include the babysitting service, so there are no extra childcare costs!
