How we are different

As parents of young children, we understand the juggling act of parenting whilst still looking after ourselves. That’s why we provide a child-friendly environment that you can enjoy getting fit in, while your children are being looked after close-by .

We recognise the changes your body undergoes during pregnancy and the post-natal stage, so the workouts will suit all levels of fitness. We also recognise you may have questions about what exercise is suitable after your child is born; if you want to make sure that you are able to follow one of the FitMum programmes, just contact us. We’d love to hear from you.

Our trainers will ensure that you are safely doing exercises based on your stage of post pregnancy. We are happy to discuss your individual goals and concerns (medical, injury, pregnancy recovery etc) with you to make sure you feel comfortable with your fitness programme.
